Algo flagging requirements in the German HFT Act- Chicago


The German HFT Act includes measures and procedures to regulate algorithmic trading and high frequency trading, one of which is the mandatory flagging of trading algorithms.



Karsten Hiestermann, Exchange Supervisory Authority of the State of Hesse, Randolf Roth, Head of Market Structure, along with Michael Zollweg, Head of Trading Survelliance Office and Markus Löw, Head of Monitoring will hold information sessions to give participants insights on how to comply with the new rules.


The event is specifically designed to give participants an update on the latest developments as well as give attendees the chance to ask questions.
